(Providence-AP) -- A West Kingstown man is scheduled to be arraigned in Washington County today for his role in a hunting accident that left a Westerly man fatally shot.
Forty-seven-year-old Paul Santerre was indicted last month by a Washington County grand jury on one count each of involuntary manslaughter, deer hunting prohibited and restriction on size of
weapons and ammunition.
Santerre was hunting with 36-year-old Westerly resident Robert F- King in November.
King was killed by a single shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
