On the agenda, just how much more homeowners would be paying in increased property taxes. In the end, a nine cent per thousand increase was voted in. And homeowners say that's a bargain compared to increases in other communities. The increase in Barrington means the owner of a house house valued at two hundred thousand dollars would see an additional 18 dollars on their next tax bill.
