Shell Oil Distancing Itself From Station Nightclub Owners
Shell Oil company is accusing "The Station" nightclub's owners of secretly buying this North Kingstown gas station without the company's approval.
Michael Derderian's attorney says Shell *knew* the derderian brothers bought the gas station and used it to promote the concerts at the nightclub.
She claims shell is now trying to protect itself from lawsuits.
