New Lawsuit Filed In Station Nightclub Fire
Email to a Friend Printer Friendly Version

(Providence-AP) -- The property owner of The Station nightclub in West Warwick, Rhode Island is asking a court to order its insurance company to cover damages that may arise from lawsuits
stemming from the deadly February 20th blaze.
Triton Realty also wants the insurance companies to pay for any legal costs Triton accrues while defending itself.
In a lawsuit filed in Providence Superior Court, Triton says its insurers have refused to provide unconditional liability coverage for claims that may come out of the fire that killed 99 people.
More than 30 of those who died were from Massachusetts.
Triton says damages arising from nightclub fire lawsuits could reach one (b) billion dollars.
