Recipe shared by Rebecca Moylan Peak of South Carolina.

2 lbs. hamburger meat
1/2 tbs. salt
1 tbs. pepper
1 tbs. paprika
3 tbs. chili powder
2 cans of dark red kidney beans
2 cans of tomato sauce
1 whole onion/sliced or chopped

Cook hamburger meat and onion until done, add the tomato sauce and beans, salt, pepper, paprika and chili powder. Let simmer for 1 hour or until done.

You do not have to drain the beans, the juice will add flavor to the chili.

You may add 1 can of water if needed.
