Winter Storm Watch Late Wednesday night and Thursday
PRE-DAWN WEDS: Mostly cloudy, Lows in the mid to upper 30's.
WEDNESDAY: A little sun..mainly cloudy and dry with highs in the mid 40's.
WEDS. NIGHT: Rain developing around midnight Overnight lows in the mid 30's.
THURSDAY: Steady rain during the morning..turning to sleet and then snow in the afternoon, first in Northwest RI...last along the coast by evening..highs in the 30's
THURSDAY NIGHT: Windy with snow... could become heavy at times...Accumulations likley with the highest totals in Northwest RI..less along the shore. Wind increasing NE 30-45 mph
EARLY INDICATIONS ARE THAT WE WILL SEE 12+ INCHES CONFINED TO WORCESTER,MASS PIKE..RT 495 BELT WEST OF BOSTON
7-10" IN NORTHWEST RI....4-7" FROM ROUGHLY PROVIDENCE POINTS SOUTH AND EAST....2-4" ON CAPE AND ISLANDS
