Prep: 5 mins
Makes 6 servings, about 3 tablespoons seasoning.

  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • � teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • � teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • � teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients and store in airtight container for up to 6 months.

When ready to use as a marinade mix � cup of dry red wine, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 clove of garlic finely chopped. Add meat and marinate for 30 minutes or longer.
