Linda's Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole
Email to a Friend Printer Friendly Version

Submitted by Linda of Alabama.

2 lbs hamburger

1 package of Lipton's onion soup mix

2 cans of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup

1 32 oz package of frozen tater tots

Deep fry tater tots. Then remove and place them on paper towels to remove the excess grease and oil. Next brown the hamburger meat. While browning the meat, add the onion soup mix slowly. Now remove the meat from the heat and mix in the cheddar cheese soup. Place the tater tots into a large casserole Pyrex. (This can easily be divided into 2 smaller dishes.) Spread the meat and cheese mixture over the tater tots. Now bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Serve alone or with a salad or side of vegetables.
