Asian Turkey Burgers
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled and minced
� c fresh coriander
� c fresh mint leaves
� c fresh basil leaves
3 T fresh lime juice
3 tsp sugar
� tsp cayenne
2 pounds ground turkey
� cup bread crumbs
Combine first 8 ingredients (garlic through cayenne) in a food processor. Pulse to mince well. By hand, mix together spices with turkey and bread crumbs. Form into patties (should make about 6 burgers). Grill about 7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Tastes great on a toasted onion roll with Chinese mustard!
