1 to 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
medium onion, chopped
1/2 can french style green beans
1 cup corn or 1 cup macaroni
2 cans condensed tomato soup
1/2 can chopped tomatoes (Optional)
While browning the meat with the onion in a large skillet, boil the beans and corn (or macaroni) together until cooked. Drain the corn and beans and mix with the cooked meat. Stir in the condensed soup until well mixed. Place slices of cheese on top of mixture and put a lid on the skillet and simmer until cheese melts and the casserole is heated through.
